While working at Weitzer Company, Asmund was the  designer and construction project manager for this whole-house remodel off of Canyon Drive in SW Portland. The clients purchased the home for its location, lot, and elegant red brick exterior. The interior had been redone in the eighties and was dated, dark, and cluttered. Asmund worked closely with the clients to develop an open, bright, and elegant design for the interior that was still in harmony with the exterior.

Several walls were removed and modified to open up the floor plan and all finishes and fixtures were replaced to create a refined interior. In addition, all major building infrastructure was updated to meet current standards.
