The clients purchased this home knowing that most everything was perfect except the lack of a master bathroom. The upstairs has two bedrooms that share a small bathroom with a shower only. The unfinished attic of the large attached garage is adjacent to the master bedroom and provided the space needed to add the master bath. The project connected and finished this space to form a bright and generous master bath and walk-in closet. 

 

The new master bath features a large tiled shower, soaking tub, double vanity, a separate toilet closet, and a washer dryer. A heated tile floor adds to the luxury. With a vaulted ceiling and pair of new windows the space provides a bright and open experience.

A new steel canopy provides much needed shelter over the front door and adds a modern touch to the street elevation.
